Delivery
Send drawings, a bill of quantities or a description of the building. We confirm in writing what the price includes and what it does not before quoting.
Shop drawings, method statement, inspection and test plan and risk assessment, submitted for consultant approval against QCS 2014.
Cutting, fitting, welding and surface protection in the workshop, inspected against the approved inspection and test plan.
Transport to site and erection by our own crews, sequenced around the main contractor’s programme.
Snagging, as-built documentation and the certificates the consultant needs to close the package.
Certified
All three are certified against the same scope of work and carry the same expiry, so they are audited together rather than separately.
Quality management. The audited system covers how work is planned, inspected and corrected — shop drawings, inspection and test plans, and the records that close a package out.
